Founder Dustin Williams brings over 20 years of precision machining experience into the world of professional gunsmithing. Raised in a machine shop, he developed a deep understanding of tolerances, tooling, and craftsmanship from an early age, eventually managing machining operations supporting the petrochemical and refining industries.

To further specialize in rifle work, Dustin trained under respected gunsmith Gordy Gritters, refining his skills in precision chambering, barrel work, and accuracy-driven rifle building.

Today, Gray Industries combines decades of machining expertise with traditional gunsmithing principles to produce accurate, reliable rifles and components. From custom chambering and barrel work to repairs and modifications, every project is handled with attention to detail, safety and performance.
